Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ezon.com.br, ezonpartners.com, and the tools provided by Ezon Partners Treinamentos e Assessoria de Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 44.898.680/0001-88 (“Ezon”). By using our sites or tools, you agree to these terms.

1. About our sites

Our sites describe Ezon, our services, and the DEEP Method. Their content is for information only and isn't a commercial offer. Any engagement is governed by its own proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these terms where it is more specific.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use our sites or tools for anything illegal or that infringes the rights of others;
• try to access areas, systems, or data without authorization;
• disrupt our sites, including through abusive automated traffic;
• copy or reproduce our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Tools and integrations

Some Ezon tools connect to Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) and Google accounts (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console). By connecting an account, you confirm that you:

• are authorized to connect that account and to let the tool act on its behalf;
• will follow the Meta and Google terms and policies that apply to those accounts;
• are responsible for the content, ads, and budgets approved in your account.

Actions that change connected accounts, such as creating, editing, pausing, or deleting campaigns, are only carried out at the client's request or under rules agreed with them, and every action is logged. Ezon may suspend access to a tool in case of misuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms or of platform policies. You can disconnect an account at any time. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Ezon Partners brand, the DEEP Method, and the text, images, code, and other content on our sites belong to Ezon or are used with permission. Using our sites doesn't give you any rights to that content.

5. Third-party links and services

Our sites may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta, and Google. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

The content on our sites is general and doesn't replace an assessment of your specific situation. Any results we mention depend on each business's context and will vary. We work to keep our sites available and accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and, to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our sites.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, without prejudice to a consumer's right to file suit where they live.
